In Cannes Everyone Can Hear You Scream...

Great news for those of you who have been patiently awaiting updates from the Ghosties at Media World Films since The Ghost of Goodnight Lane wrapped back in 2011!

Alin Bijan’s indie horror-comedy — in which Matt Dallas stars as Ben — will be represented at the upcoming Cannes International Film Festival film market by Fabrication Films in the hope of securing a worldwide distribution deal. The film also stars Billy Zane, Danielle Harris, Lacey Chabert and Christine Bently (Quinn) to name but a few… The movie was inspired by real-life paranormal happenings in the haunted studio in which it was actually filmed.

Writer/Director, Alin Bijan, has finally released a long-awaited teaser for The Ghost of Goodnight Lane — the supernatural-horror-comedy indie, which was filmed in the summer of 2011 in the actual haunted studio about which it was written!

The premise of The Ghost of Goodnight Lane (according to the film's IMDb page) goes like this: 

When the staff inside a renovated film studio finds a co-worker dead one morning, the pieces of a forty year puzzle add up to an angry ghost who has let the last person step inside her house. But will they ever get out alive? 

Alin Bijan and co-writer, Amy Acosta, created a script that attracted the combined talents of amazing artists, including Billy Zane, Lacey Chabert, Matt Dallas, Danielle Harris, Christine Bently Quinn, Allyn Carrell, Richard Tyson, Brina Palencia, Lynn Andrews III and many more!

The producers are currently seeking a suitable distribution deal with a view to a 2013 release.
